Registration Cancellation

We realize that sometimes circumstances may require a registrant to cancel their plans to attend. We are happy to refund registration fees paid, less an administrative fee (see below) if notice of cancellation is provided to us in writing on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, March 11, 2022. We sincerely regret that we are not able to refund any portion of registration fees paid after this date because we are obligated to provide certain guarantees to the hotel and must order meeting-related supplies in advance based on the anticipated number of registrants.   

Registrations are transferable through March 11, 2022, upon written request to the HFES Meetings Registration Office: registration@meetingplanners.com.

Early Career Associate:

  • Registration-Full: $50

  • Registration-One Day: $25

  • Workshop: $75


Emeritus/Student:

  • Registration-Full: $50

  • Registration-One Day: $25

  • Workshop: $25
